ABOUT US
H.E.L.P Resources and Counseling was founded by Melinda Flournoy, a 20 year Army veteran. It was also founded with a deep commitment to honoring those who have served our country by supporting their transition back into stable, meaningful civilian life. We specialize in providing safe housing for homeless veterans, along with a comprehensive range of wraparound services including home health care, life skills training, and mental health counseling.
Our team is made up of experienced professionals many of whom are veterans themselves—who understand the challenges faced by those returning from service or experiencing housing instability. We believe in meeting every client where they are, offering individualized care that respects their dignity and promotes long-term success.
By addressing both immediate needs and long-term goals, we help our clients build a solid foundation for independent living. Whether it’s finding stable housing, managing chronic health conditions, learning essential life skills, or healing from trauma, our goal is to walk alongside each veteran every step of the way.
